Below are questions that we get asked just about every year. We've done our best to ensure that the information is contained within the various guidelines and rules, but we know that it's a lot of information to take in and process. So, look through these questions to see if any match the questions you may have. If you can't find the answer to your question, please CONTACT the Awards Administrators. Thee questions pertain specifically to the technical situations. Why do I have to create a new username and password?
The Awards system (OpenWater) is a different system to the GCLS membership system (YourMembership); you will need to create credentials specifically for the Awards system. I can't log in.
If you are referring to OpenWater, have tried the "lost password" link, and still unable to log in, please CONTACT the Awards Administrators to reset your credentials manually. If you are referring to your account at GoldenCrown.org, you will need to CONTACT the Directors of Membership. It's always a good idea to clear your browser's temporary internet files. You can usually find this in the browser's settings. My email address has changed.
You can change your personal details in your profile in the awards system. If you encounter any problems, please CONTACT the Awards Administrators. |
