General Information

The GCLS’s annual conference is the premier women loving women literary event for both authors and readers. The event brings together readers, fans, writers, editors and publishers to celebrate literature about women loving women.

Register for the Conference

We want you to join us at our virtual conference! We will be opening registration on March 1, 2021. Be sure to come back! In the meantime, consider filling out a Panelist application, or propose a Presentation or Master Class.

Book Your Room

Well, we won't have to book hotel rooms this year. So take the next few months to plan out your own conference space. Make it comfy. Make it fun.

Panelist Application

The Annual GCLS Conference is only as successful as its participants. We rely on YOU to participate in the conference. Apply now to be a panelist.

Presentation Proposals

We are now accepting proposals for conference Presentations. These presentations are led by a content expert who presents information on a topic of interest to the women loving women community.

Master Class Proposals

We are now accepting proposals for conference Master Classes which are taught by a content expert who instructs on a writing topic of interest and leads the class in the application of the principles provided.

Advertise at the Conference

Get your business or new book in front of approximately 350 conference attendees! We will offer a number of different advertising opportunities. Check back on March 1, 2021.

Conference Apparel - Spring 2021

We're still working out options for t-shirts and hoodies for the 2021 Virtual Conference. We hope we will be able to offer conference apparel this year. Stay tuned.

Event Mobile App

We won't be using a mobile app this year. Perhaps we will next year when we go to Albuquerque. We'll keep you posted.

Conference Speakers - Coming Soon

Speakers for the 2021 Conference have not yet been chosen. We will update this information when more is known.

Silent & Live Auctions - Spring

We are working on options for Auctions and Fundraising for the conference this year. We'll be sure to let you know what we come up with. Stay tuned!

Airport Transport

Since we are having a Virtual Conference, there won't be a need for airport transportation. Unless, of course, you plan to visit a friend and attend the conference together. But, you probably have transportation figured out.

Vendor Room

We will not have a vendor room this year since we will be virtual.
