She is the grateful recipient of GCLS awards for her novels The Swashbuckler, Beggar of Love and The Raid; is a recipient of the Dr. James Duggins Outstanding Mid-Career Novelist Prize, an Alice B. Originally from Queens, New York, she lives in the Pacific Northwest with her wife Elaine Mulligan Lynch.
